Shaded & Covered Seating

This photo shows the overhang above 300 level seats on the first base side of the field. The overhang covers rows 12 and above in most View Level (300s) sections.
The club level at AT&T Park hangs over the 100 level. As a result, some seats in the lower bowl are covered from the elements. This photo shows the overhang above row 29 on the first base side of the field. Sit in this row or higher for the best chance at avoiding the rain or sun.

Sit on the First Base Side For Shade at AT&T Park

For late afternoon and evening games, the first base side of the field will provide your best chance for shade at AT&T Park. Outfield seats in left field and center field -- along with seats down the third base line -- are among the most exposed and should be avoided if you are sensitive to the sun. To search for tickets or to find out if your seats are protected from the sun or rain, follow the link below.

Recommended Seats for Partying and Socializing

The Giants allow fans onto the field during batting practice to enjoy a drink and to watch the visiting team take BP. This is a ticketed area with all-inclusive amenities and game seating in a lower level section.

Sections 143, 144, 145 and 146

  • Close to an open area for drinking and socializing
  • Have a view of both the game and the water beyond the stadium
  • Ticket prices are in the lower tier

To search tickets in these seats, select an event and apply the filter labeled Partying and Socializing.
