    Great seats - recommended!

    May 2015

    Baseball Review
    Section 106, Row 7, Seats 15-16

The seats are just past 1st base, facing 2nd base and shortstop dirt. Seat 16 is an aisle seat, which was great. I could see the game and the players perfectly. The fans weren't as "raucous" as in other less expensive sections I've been to previously; these fans were into the game, but more laid-back. I kind of missed being among the more gung-ho no-hold-barred fans who add more excitement to being at a game. :-) These seats are to the right of the opposing team's dugout, where their players go through when they get off the field. Kids have a great time in this section because they can run down towards the dugout to get balls tossed to them by the players (there is a narrow area separating this section from the perimeter fence, which would be closer to the players. I think it might be a handicapped people's sitting area). Players also toss foul balls to adults, and I noticed that those with gloves get more balls thrown to them. You won't have any contact or "nearness" to Giants players in this section. Only the opposing team is within shouting distance, although it's a reasonable distance, because the Giants' dugout is on the other side. All in all, these are great seats to watch a ballgame and I recommend them.

Front of sections 105-126 are behind the netting

    Baseball Review

There is some amount of netting or screening in front of sections 105-126, which extends past the dugouts and into the outfield. The height and coverage of netting or screening will vary by section.

    • Field Level Endzone (Football)

      -

Field Level Endzone seating includes bleacher seats in sections 136-142 and traditional seating in sections 102-119 and 132-135. Sections 107-110 and 117-119 are angled towards what is normally home plate, and do not offer the best angle for viewing football. Sections 136-140 and 105 are the closest seats to the field (back of the endzone). Sections 102-119 will have a far better view of the videoboard than the seats near the opposite endzone.

    • Field Level Infield (Baseball)

      -

The best seats at Oracle Park are found on the field level in Sections 105-126. Aside from an impressive experience on the lower level close to the infield, fans can also find premium amenities to further enhance an already memorable day at the ballpark. Field Club sections 121-123 will be directly behind the Giants dugout on the third base side, while Field Club sections 107-109 will be behind the visitor's dugout. Lettered rows A-R in this location in sections 107-124 are considered part of the Field Club seating. These seats will have access to the Blue Shield Field Club. Premium Lower Box seating is located at the back of these sections and has numbered rows.

    • Lower Box Seats

      -

Lower Level Seating: Includes Sections 101–135 on the Oracle Park seating chart.    Close to the Field: One of the most sought-after seating areas for Giants games and concerts.    Field Club in Front Rows: Premium Field Club seats occupy the front rows of Sections 107–124.    Partial Coverage in Upper Rows: Rows 30+ are covered, though higher rows may have obstructed views from the overhang.    Who Should Sit Here  Lower Box seats are ideal for fans who want to sit close to the field without being directly at field level. These seats offer an excellent combination of proximity to the action and comfortable viewing angles, making them a popular choice for both San Francisco Giants games and concerts at Oracle Park.  They are also a good option for fans who want lower-level seating with some elevation, which can make it easier to follow the game compared to seats right on the field.  Lower Box Seat Locations & Sections  Lower Box seats include Sections 101–135 on the lower level of Oracle Park.  These sections run along both baselines and behind home plate:  Sections 110–121 sit between the dugouts    Sections 122–124 are located near the Giants dugout    Sections 107–109 sit near the visiting team dugout    Sections 125–135 extend down the third base line    Sections 101–107 extend down the first base line    Because of their location along the infield, these sections offer some of the best close-up views of the game outside of premium club seating.  Views from the Lower Box  Lower Box seats provide excellent sightlines toward home plate and the infield, thanks to their close proximity to the field and slight elevation above field-level seating.  Fans sitting in Sections 110–121 enjoy great views between the dugouts, making it easy to follow every pitch and play around the bases.  Protective netting is installed in front of every section to enhance fan safety, which can slightly reduce the chances of catching a foul ball but ensures clear views of the action.  Additional Seating Notes  Field Club seats occupy the front rows of Sections 107–124 and provide additional premium amenities.    Row 30 and above in most sections are covered by the overhang above, which can help provide shade or protection from the elements.    Rows 35 and higher may have partially obstructed views due to the overhang.    Other Event Uses  For football games hosted at Oracle Park, Sections 121–131 provide excellent sideline views.  For concerts, Lower Box seats are a popular alternative to field seats, offering a good combination of close proximity and slightly elevated views of the stage.
