Hi, and thank you for your question. There are 24 seats in row 2 of section 328. Seats 13 and 14 in row 2 of section 328 are in the middle of the section. And when you are walking down the steps the seats start at #1 on your left, and the end of the row will be on your right when walking down the steps.
