Not very good
If you look at the pictures, you'll notice the big handrail that separates the sections is blocking the view of homeplate. It's definitely a distraction, but it's a lot easier to deal with than the railing confronting the first three rows. It's definitely not ideal, but it's not going to totally ruin your experience.
The bigger problem with these seats is the angle to homeplate. If you just sit down and look straight ahead, you're staring at the pile of grass in center-field. So to watch the action, you have to turn your entire body to the right. This is OK when the stadium is half-full and you have room to do that. But during a crwoded playoff or weekend game, it can spell trouble.
Overall, Row J in the 400 level is way better than the lower rows. But you want to be closer to the infield where the views are more comfortable and the handrails aren't an issue.
