Jim Beam Suites

(2026 Review) - Premium 300 Level Club Seating: Sections 317-321 directly behind home plate on the upper tier    Elevated Centered Views: Perfectly aligned with home plate for full-field sightlines despite being higher up    Suite Lounge Access: Private indoor lounge with complimentary snacks and soft drinks    Exclusive Entry & Amenities: Private stadium entrance, elevator access, and private restrooms    Oversized Comfortable Seating: Larger, cushioned seats with more space than standard upper-level option    Who Should Sit Here  Jim Beam Suites are ideal for Yankees fans who want a premium, comfortable experience without paying lower-level prices. These seats are perfect for fans who value a great view, indoor lounge access, and a more relaxed, upscale environment.  Jim Beam Suites Location & Details  Jim Beam Suites are located in sections 317-321, positioned directly behind home plate on the 300 level.  This is one of the few premium seating areas on the upper level at Yankee Stadium, offering a unique blend of elevation and exclusivity. While farther from the field than most club seating, the centered positioning ensures strong sightlines.  All seats are oversized and more comfortable than standard seating, making this a noticeable upgrade from typical upper deck options.  Ticketholders also benefit from exclusive access points, including a private entrance and elevator, helping avoid larger stadium crowds.  Views from Jim Beam Suites  Views from the Jim Beam Suites are excellent for fans who enjoy a higher, strategic perspective.  The elevated position behind home plate provides a clear look at the entire field, making it easy to follow pitch location, defensive alignments, and overall gameplay. While farther from the action, the angle and height help maintain strong visibility.  These seats are ideal for fans who prefer a broadcast-style view rather than a close, field-level experience.  Jim Beam Suite Amenities  Jim Beam Suites tickets include a mix of premium perks and lounge access.  Access to the Suite Lounge just outside the seating area    Complimentary snacks and soft drinks    Full-service bar with beer, wine, and spirits available for purchase    Private restrooms    Private stadium entrance and elevator access    Access to the Sony Terrace    Oversized, cushioned seating

Terrace Level Seating

(2026 Review) - 300 Level Seating: Also known as the Terrace Level.    Better Views Than 400 Level: Stronger sightlines than Grandstand sections.    No Staircase Entry Required: Easier access compared to upper levels.    Not Covered by the Roof: Limited overhead protection.    Home Run Territory in the Outfield: Sections 305, 306, 333, and 334.    Who Should Sit Here  The Terrace Level at Yankee Stadium is a strong option for fans who want a higher vantage point without moving into the uppermost 400-level seats. These sections work well for fans looking for a balanced view at a more moderate price point, especially compared to lower-level premium seating.  Terrace Level Location & Details  The Terrace Level includes all 300-level sections and shares a concourse with the 400-level Grandstand sections.  While the two levels are accessed from the same concourse, there are key differences:  Terrace Level seats offer noticeably stronger sightlines than the Grandstand level above.    Unlike the 400 Level, the Terrace does not require climbing a staircase to reach most sections.    Accessible seating is available at the back of the sections.    These seats are not covered by the roof structure.    Most 300-level sections contain approximately ten rows, with Row 1 located at the front. Section entrances are positioned at the top row.  Sections 317-321 behind home plate are part of the Jim Beam Suites and include additional amenities.  Views from the Terrace Level  From the 300 Level, fans get a comfortable elevated view of the field without being as high as the Grandstand.  Behind home plate, these sections provide a strong perspective of pitch location and defensive positioning. In the outfield, Sections 305, 306, 333, and 334 sit in prime home-run territory down the foul-lines.  Because the Terrace Level is not covered, shade varies by time of day. In general, shaded seating is more common in the higher Grandstand level than in the 300s.  Our Favorite Terrace Level Sections  Sections 318 and 322 sit just outside the Jim Beam Suite sections and offer nearly identical views for often a fraction of the cost.  These are the closest non-club Terrace sections to home plate, making them a strong value option for fans who want a centered perspective without paying club-level pricing.
