Not bad for being at the top

Given their price, these seats might be about the best value in the stadium. You can see the whole field no problem. The scoreboards are easy to see and the railings don't get in the way at all. You also have the sun at your back and you have A LOT fewer stairs to walk than someone sitting in Row A. Normally you get what you pay for, but you actually get a bit more than that sitting here.

The seats were in the shade the whole game on a 85 degree day!

    • Reserve Level

      -

Largest Seating Tier: The Blue Shield Reserve Level is the biggest seating level at Dodger Stadium and stretches from foul pole to foul pole.    Elevated Views of the Field: The height of this level provides a great perspective of the entire diamond.    Two Seating Areas: The level is divided into Lower Reserve and Value Reserve sections.    Wide Range of Ticket Prices: Views and pricing vary depending on section location and elevation.    Shade Potential in Upper Rows: Some seats receive shade from the Top Deck overhang above.    Who Should Sit Here  Reserve Level seats are ideal for fans looking for affordable Dodgers tickets with an elevated view of the field. The higher seating angle makes it easy to follow the full flow of the game while typically costing less than seats on the Field or Loge Levels.  Reserve Level Location & Details  The Blue Shield Reserve Level is the largest seating tier at Dodger Stadium, stretching across the entire stadium from foul pole to foul pole. Because of its size, the Reserve Level is divided into two separate seating areas: Lower Reserve and Value Reserve.  All sections on this level share a single concourse, where fans enter from the back of the section and walk down toward their seats.  Lower Reserve  Lower Reserve sections are identified by “LR” or “IR” listed after the section number and sit closer to the field than the Value Reserve sections above.  Rows are labeled A through V, with Row A located at the bottom of the section closest to the field. Since the concourse is located behind the sections, fans will enter near Row V and walk down toward their seats.  Some tickets on this level may also be listed with VIP or MVP designations, which typically refer to row location:  VIP: Rows A–H    MVP: Rows J–V    Sections 1–11 are located betwen the dugouts and behind home plate, making them the most centered seats on the Reserve Level. These sections also do not have Upper Reserve sections directly above them, which can make the area feel slightly less crowded.  Value Reserve  Value Reserve sections are located above the Lower Reserve sections and are identified by the letter “R” after the section number.  Rows in these sections are labeled with double letters, starting with Row AA at the front near the concourse tunnels.  While these seats sit higher in the stadium, the sections themselves are smaller than the Lower Reserve sections, which some fans prefer.  Another benefit is the potential for shade. Fans hoping to sit in the shade may want to look at the last few rows of Infield Reserve sections 1–11, where the overhanging Top Deck above can provide protection from the sun during day games.     Reserve Level Views  Views from the Reserve Level vary significantly depending on the section and row because of the large size of the level.  Sections near the middle of the stadium provide the most centered views of the field, while sections farther down the baselines offer more angled perspectives.  Because of the elevated seating height, fans can easily follow pitching matchups, defensive positioning, and base running while still enjoying a clear look at the entire field.

Good view of field but pretty high up. Lots of stairs to get there. I understood “shaded” as covered, but there’s no cover or roof above-maybe shaded at a certain time of day (we were there for a night game).
