Great views of the bullpen, but not much else

    Baseball Review
    Section 259, Row G, Seat 21

There couldn't possibly be a better place to sit if you want a great view of the bullpens. I was in the front row of Section 259 and just a few feet away from the bullpens beyond the left field wall. Trying to see down into the pens while sitting was a little tough, but if you stand or lean forward, you can watch the pitchers warming up with no problem at all. But be cautious if you are expecting to be in home run territory as most of the balls hit beyond the left field wall during batting practice didn't reach all the way back to my section.
And for those looking for a good overall view of the game, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Views of the warning track are non-existent between the left field corner and center field, so don't expect to see much of the play if a ball gets hit up against the left field wall, and you can forget about seeing anything near the left field corner thanks to a large safety fence protecting the pitchers. Ample legroom and a ledge in front of the seats (great for holding food and beverage) make the seats very comfortable, but its not easy to stay dialed into the game from this viewing perspective.
Don't get me wrong, it was very fun to be this close to the major league pitchers as they warmed up, just not the best place to be if you want to enjoy all facets of the game.

    Love these seats!

You are right next to the bullpen. Prices are pretty good, about 25 or 27 dollars a seat.

    • Outfield Seats

      -

Budget-Friendly Seating: Located in left field and right field, often among the most affordable tickets.    Social Atmosphere: Close to the Budweiser Patio and Coors CF Bar.    Home Run Territory: Lower right field sections offer some of the best chances to catch a home run ball.    Sunny Seating Areas: Most outfield sections are fully exposed to the sun.    Two Main Areas: Includes the Left Field Pavilion and Right Field seating sections.    Who Should Sit Here  Outfield seats are a good choice for fans who want a lively atmosphere and affordable ticket prices. These sections are popular with groups of friends and fans who enjoy home run territory and easy access to outfield social areas.  Outfield Location + Details  Outfield seating at Angel Stadium is located beyond the infield along the left and right field corners.  These sections sit farther from home plate but offer a relaxed environment with easy access to popular social areas like the Budweiser Patio and Coors CF Bar.  Because of their location, these sections are often chosen by fans who prefer a more casual game-day experience rather than the closest view of the field.  Left Field Pavilion  The Left Field Pavilion includes Sections 257–260, located behind the outfield bullpens.  These sections provide a unique vantage point of the game from the outfield and allow fans to watch pitchers warming up in the bullpen before entering the game.  Compared to right field seating, the Left Field Pavilion tends to move into the shade earlier, making it slightly more comfortable during hot afternoon games.  Right Field Seats  Right field seating is divided into two different levels.  Lower Right Field Sections (236–240) These seats sit closer to the field and provide some of the best opportunities for catching home run balls at Angel Stadium.  Sections 238 and 239 are especially popular because they see more home run balls than most other sections in the stadium. Fans hoping to catch a ball should consider sitting no farther back than Row F.  Right Field Pavilion Located above the lower outfield sections, the Right Field Pavilion features sections with roughly a dozen rows each and an entrance located at the top row.  These seats sit significantly farther from the field and are fully exposed to the sun, often becoming very warm during afternoon and evening games.  Because of the distance from the field, home run balls rarely reach these seats.  Views from the Outfield  Outfield seats provide a unique perspective of the game from beyond the outfield wall.  While these seats are farther from home plate, fans can enjoy watching plays develop across the field while also being positioned near home run territory and bullpen activity.  One drawback of the Right Field Pavilion is that the main scoreboard sits above these sections, meaning fans seated here will not have a clear view of it during the game.

If you're expecting good things from a Row marked WW, you might want to reset your expectations. This was about the 30th row from the field in the outfield, which put it at about 450 feet from home plate (too far for home runs). So unless you're wearing your really, really thick spectacles, you're n...
