The defending National Champion Georgia Bulldogs continue their title defense in their own backyard in the Peach Bowl. The Ohio State Buckeyes grabbed the final spot in the College Football Playoff and will look to upset the Bulldogs in a hostile environment.
Alabama and Georgia will face off in the College Football Playoff Championship for the second time in four years. The game will be played Monday, January 10th, at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
Both teams dominated their semifinal matchup. Alabama stifled Cincinnati's offense and controlled the game with an outstanding ground game. In the Orange Bowl, Georgia jumped out to an early lead against the Wolverines and never looked back.
Alabama defeated Georgia in overtime in the 2018 version of the National Championship game. The Crimson Tide have won seven straight against UGA, who are looking for their first championship since 1980.
The two most National Championship-hungry programs in America vie for a spot in the Championship Game. Georgia and Michigan have been two of the best teams in the country week-in, week-out.
