      Center Pavilion seating provides a more traditional viewing experience, and will have excellent views near the center of the stage. These seats are all under the protection of the main pavilion roof, ensuring fans will stay dry if it should rain during a performance.  Sections in 200 sections will have rows A-Z followed by the 300 sections which start at AA.

This is a great option for those choosing between proximity (100 Level) and value (200/300 Levels) while avoiding the unpredictability of the lawn.  Reserved Seating Location & Details  At Merriweather Post Pavilion, all numbered sections from 100–304 are reserved seating. These seats are arranged on a single level with a gentle slope, allowing for improved sightlines as you move farther from the stage.  The seating is divided into three main groupings — 100, 200, and 300 Levels — with walkways separating each tier. This layout helps create distinct viewing experiences depending on how close or elevated you prefer to be.  100 Level  The 100 Level is the closest seating area to the stage and offers the most immersive reserved experience.  This section sits within approximately 12 rows of the stage and is fully covered by the pavilion roof. Unlike other levels, it does not have permanent seating. When configured as reserved seating, foldable chairs are placed on the floor. For some shows, this area may instead become a General Admission Pit.  Section 100 is centered to the stage, with 101 to the right and 102 to the left. Rows are labeled with triple letters (e.g., AAA).  200 Level  The 200 Level makes up the majority of reserved seating and offers a strong balance of proximity and comfort.  These sections feature permanent stadium-style seating and are fully covered by the pavilion roof. For shows with a Pit configuration, the 200 Level becomes the closest reserved seating option.  For the best views, look for seats in Sections 200, 201, and 202, which provide more centered, head-on perspectives. Rows are labeled with single letters (A–Z).  300 Level  The 300 Level is the furthest reserved seating area, located at the back of the pavilion.  These sections still offer clear, unobstructed views, though they are more distant from the stage. Most seats are covered, but the back rows of Sections 301–304 may sit under a lower overhang from the sky suites above, which can slightly impact the feel of the space.  Rows in this level are labeled with double letters (e.g., BB).  Views from Reserved Seating  Views vary depending on level, but all reserved sections offer a clear and structured perspective of the stage.  The 100 Level provides the most up-close and immersive experience, while the 200 Level offers the best overall balance of distance, elevation, and comfort. The 300 Level delivers a more relaxed, elevated view while still maintaining good sightlines.  Other Considerations  Most reserved seating is covered, making it a reliable option in poor weather    Section configuration in the 100 Level may change depending on the show    Choosing a center section and lower row will typically provide the best overall experience
