Section 214 was great. The higher row seats (as noted in the description) are completely covered, and for a 1PM game we were in the shade all the time.

Elevated Infield Views: Positioned in the 200-level, these sections sit directly above the Box Seats and wrap around the entire infield diamond.    Unobstructed Sightlines: Unlike the original Fenway, these modern stands feature a clear view with no support pillars or "obstructed view" poles.    The Ultimate Shade Zone: Home to the stadium's best protection from the Florida sun, especially in the higher rows of the third-base side.    Intimate Perspective: Despite being the "upper" level, every seat is within 25 rows of the field, maintaining a close-up Spring Training feel.    Who should sit here?  This is the "pro-move" for Red Sox fans who want a classic view of the infield but don't want to bake in the Florida sun. It’s perfect for families or groups who prefer the comfort of a standard stadium chair with a bird's-eye view of the game.  Grandstand Level Layout  The Grandstand sections at JetBlue Park make up the 200-level seating bowl, extending from Section 224 in the left-field corner all the way around to Section 229 in right-field. Because the stadium is built on a smaller scale, even the furthest seat in the 200-level feels remarkably close to the action compared to a standard MLB stadium.  Seating and Comfort  While they share a name with the famous (and often cramped) seats in Boston, the Grandstands at Fenway South are fully modernized. You’ll find standard fold-down stadium chairs with armrests, cupholders, and significantly more legroom than the original Fenway. The seats are also angled toward the pitcher's mound—particularly on the third-base side—so you don't have to strain your neck to follow the play at the plate.  Sun Protection and Weather Strategy  One of the primary reasons to choose the Grandstand is the canopy roof, which was specifically designed to provide maximum shade. For a typical 1:05 PM Red Sox home game, the third-base side is the first to be shaded. Rows 8 and above in most 200-level sections are tucked directly under the roof, making them a safe haven from the intense Florida heat or a passing afternoon shower.  Best Grandstand Sections  Home Plate Views (Sections 200, 201, 202): These sections are situated directly behind the netting at home plate. They offer the most balanced perspective of the entire field and are the best spots for fans who want to track every pitch and swing with precision.    Red Sox Dugout & Early Shade (Sections 208, 210, 212): These are the premier options for home fans. Located on the third-base side, you are positioned directly above the Boston Red Sox dugout. Additionally, these sections are among the first to fall into complete shade during afternoon games, keeping you cool while you stay close to the team.
