What seats at JetBlue Park are covered?
Answered by an RYS Expert · February 19, 2025Are there shaded seats at JetBlue Park?
Answered by an RYS Expert · February 19, 2025At JetBlue Park, the best shaded seats are located in the 200-level sections beneath the ballpark's distinctive wavy sun canopy, which extends from foul pole to foul pole. For the most reliable shade, rows 8 and higher in the 200-level sections behind home plate are ideal, as they benefit from both the canopy and the press box overhang. Most 200-level sections provide shade in the higher rows, except for sections G222, G224, G225, G227, and G229.
Additionally, the first base side of the field is generally the sunniest, especially during afternoon games. If selecting seats on the lower level, keep in mind that sections along the first base line will remain exposed to the sun for longer as the game progresses.
Seats in rows 8 and higher in sections 200–218 on the third base side and sections 201–223 on the first base side are located beneath the stadium's sun canopy. These seats are covered and protected from both the sun and rain, making them an ideal choice for fans looking to escape the elements while maintaining a great view of the game.
