Grandstand Infield
(2026 Review) -
Budget-Friendly Upper Deck Seats: One of the most affordable ways to sit along the infield at Truist Park.
Highest Seating Tier: Located in Sections 418–433 on the upper level
Best Home Plate Views: Sections 425–427 provide the most centered look at the field.
Long Walk to Seats: The high elevation means a longer walk to reach the section.
Who Should Sit Here
Grandstand Infield seats are best suited for fans looking for affordable tickets who still want to sit along the infield. These seats allow fans to enjoy the full ballpark atmosphere without paying premium prices for lower-level seating.
However, because these sections are located high on the upper deck, they require a long walk to reach the seats, so they may not be ideal for fans who prefer easier access or want to stay closer to the concourse.
Grandstand Infield Location & Sections
The Grandstand Infield seats at Truist Park include Sections 418–433 on the highest tier of the ballpark. These sections run along the upper deck infield and provide elevated views looking down toward home plate and the bases.
Because of their position high above the field, these seats are often some of the most affordable tickets available for Atlanta Braves games while still keeping fans positioned along the infield rather than the outfield.
Grandstand Infield Views
Despite being located on the upper deck, these sections still provide clear views of the field and game action.
Fans looking for the most balanced view should consider Sections 425–427, which sit closest to directly behind home plate. From here, fans can comfortably follow pitches and see the full layout of the field.
Seats farther down the line will have a slightly more angled view toward home plate but still offer a good perspective of the infield.
Shade + Sun Considerations
One advantage of sitting in the Grandstand Infield is the roof coverage above the 400 Level. Because of the generous overhang, many seats in these sections receive shade, especially as you move higher in the rows.
Fans sitting in the middle to upper rows will benefit the most from the roof coverage, making these seats a good option for fans looking to avoid direct sun during afternoon games. Lower rows closer to the front of the section may still see some sunlight early in the game before the shade moves in.

Los Angeles Angels at Atlanta Braves - Aug 2, 2023 I sat in the “cheap seats” of the fourth tier, right above the broadcast booth, during an afternoon game in August. The fourth tier is covered by a roof which provides shade and also compresses the airflow so that there was a gentle, steady breeze throughout the game. I picked this seat hoping to make the afternoon tolerable, but it actually turned out to be delightful.
