Reserved Seating

- The majority of seating at The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory is reserved. Assigned seating can be found in 100, 200, and 300 level sections. Each "level" is sloped slightly more than the other to provide better views to the stage. All reserved seating is inside under the pavilion roof. On hot days when the lawn is open, large fans help keep the air circulating to keep fans in the reserved sections comfortable. Floor (100 Level)  Sections 100-103 are closest to the stage at The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory. Fans can find the best views in the entire theater from these sections. The seats here are temporary folding chairs with some padding. Armrests and cup holders are not available for this reason. However, it is a small trade-off when considering the proximity to the performers on stage. Since the floor seats are not permanent, some shows remove seats to create a General Admission Pit. The size of the pit varies by show and remove some or all of the 100 level seats. 200 and 300 Levels Sections in the 200 and 300 will have permanent stadium seats. Views will be slightly further than those on the floor from a slight elevation.  A small perk of having permanent seats is that each 200 and 300 level seat has cupholders.  One downside for the 300 is that poles supporting the roof become more in view. However, this does not cause an obstruction of the stage for any seats. Video screens are also located on either side of the stage to help fans see the details on stage. Also located on the 200 level are the VIP Box Seats.

Fan Reviews

Great seats overall. Seat have a bit of a side view but so are close to the stage it’s worth it. If you have a lower seat number views might be obstructed by the stage and speakers.

  • Seating and Ticket Q&A

If you buy a ticket in the 100s sections can you go into the pit area?

    Verified by an RYS expert

No, ticket holders of the 100 sections will have assigned seating. Pit ticket holders receive wristbands upon entering the venue that will permit them into the pit area. These wristbands are checked upon entering the pit which is sectioned off from the assigned seating sections.

If I purchase GA Pit tickets am I allowed to go on the lawn?

    Verified by an RYS expert

Yes, any section located within the pavilion will have access to the general admission lawn. Tickets are not typically checked to enter the lawn location. If you do leave the pit area, be sure to keep your ticket or receive a wristband if they are handing them out. You will need these to re-enter the pit location.

Are the seats in the 100 sections stadium seating or floor?

    Verified by an RYS expert

100 Level seating at The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory are of the folding chair variety (floor seating). They are not permanent seats so the venue can convert to a GA floor when necessary. Permanent stadium seating starts in the 200 level sections.

If I buy seats in the first row of 101 or 102 can I see over people standing in the pit?

    Verified by an RYS expert

This will depend if you plan on sitting or standing during the show. Typically there is space in the back in the pit which makes it easy for fans in the seats behind to see when standing due to the the slight incline of the floor.

However, if you are planning on sitting for the show it will be more difficult to see because the fans in the pit have no choice but to stand. If this is the case, your ability to see will depend on how full the pit is and where the fans are standing in front of you.

Is it air-conditioned inside the pavilion?

    Verified by an RYS expert

Summer shows at The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory are typically open to the lawn which makes this an open air venue. Although the all seated sections are located underneath the roof of the pavilion, they are still susceptible to the warm air outside. This includes the general admission pit as well.

For winter shows, the lawn area is able to be closed off and the venue's climate is controlled like an indoor venue.
