Who Should Sit Here

Reserved seating is ideal for fans who want a guaranteed seat, protection from the elements, and a consistent view of the stage. This setup allows fans to choose between proximity (100 Level) and comfort/value (200–300 Levels) depending on their priorities.

Reserved Seating Location & Layout

The majority of seating at The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory is reserved and divided into three levels: 100, 200, and 300.

Each level is progressively more sloped, which helps improve sightlines as you move farther from the stage. A major benefit across all reserved seating is that it is fully covered by the pavilion roof, making it one of the most comfortable options regardless of weather.

On hot days, large overhead fans help circulate air throughout the pavilion, adding another layer of comfort for guests in these sections.

100 Level (Floor)

The 100 Level (Sections 100–103) is the closest seating area to the stage and offers some of the best views in the venue.

Seats in this section are temporary folding chairs with light padding, meaning they do not include armrests or cupholders. While less comfortable than higher levels, this is a small trade-off for the exceptional proximity to the performers.

Because the seating is not permanent, this area is highly flexible. For some shows, part or all of the 100 Level may be converted into a General Admission Pit, creating a standing-room-only section directly in front of the stage.

200 & 300 Levels

The 200 and 300 Levels provide a more traditional seating experience with permanent stadium-style seats, each equipped with cupholders.

These sections are set slightly farther back but benefit from increased elevation, which helps maintain clear views over the crowd. This makes them a strong option for fans who prefer comfort and convenience over being as close as possible.

One consideration for the 300 Level is that the roof support poles become more visible from these seats. However, they do not directly obstruct views of the stage. Additionally, large video screens on either side of the stage help ensure fans can still see performance details clearly.

The VIP Box Seats are also located within the 200 Level, offering an upgraded experience within this tier.

Views from Reserved Seating

Views across all reserved levels are consistently strong, with each level offering a slightly different experience.

The 100 Level provides the most immersive, up-close perspective, while the 200 Level offers an excellent balance of elevation and comfort. The 300 Level delivers a more relaxed, elevated view that still captures the full performance.

There is not a bad seat in the whole place. All seats are great seats. The best part is the acoustics. The sound is so incredible. It's like listening to the original CD or album. I would highly recommend to anyone to attend a concert at the Toyota Music Factory. What a great place.

Our seats were off to one side but we did have one of the big fans above us which made the night much more enjoyable.
