Is The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory Outside?
Yes and no. Located behind the 300 level sections are doors that open and close to the outside. For larger shows these are open making it an outdoor venue with a lawn.
For other shows, these are closed making it an indoor theater with reserved seating.
For some shows, seats will be removed from the 100 level and converted into a general admission pit section.

Head-on to the Stage: Seats directly across from the stage, like those in Section 101, Section 102, Section 201 and Section 301 provide the most comfortable looks of the performance. The Pavilion at Toyota Music factory is one of the most unique venues in the country due to the fact that it can raise and lower panels to convert from an outdoor amphitheater into an indoor theater. The capacity will change depending on the setup and size of the artist.
With the panels open, there is extra capacity of the general admission lawn that can almost double the amount of tickets for a show. This setup holds around 8,000 fans.
With the panels closed, the venue consists of 3 slightly tiered levels. Without the lawn space, this venue will hold around 4,000 fans.
