RYS Expert Reviews

500 Level

(2026 Review) - Cheapest Seats in the House: The 500 level (upper deck) has the most budget-friendly tickets for most Broncos games.    Farthest From the Field: The front rows sit about 70 rows back from the field.    Lower vs. Upper Rows: A big price gap across as many as 35 rows — lower rows cost more for better views and easier access.    Weather Exposed: Heavily exposed to the elements; the west side (503–513) shades first, and open-end sections (500/542) can get windy.    Underrated Midfield: Sections 507–509 and 533–535 are the sweet spots — great for both football and concerts.    Who Should Sit Here  The 500 level is for budget-conscious fans who want to get into the game affordably and don't mind sitting farther from the field. It's the best value in the building — ideal for anyone prioritizing price over proximity, or fans who just want to be in the stadium for the atmosphere without paying premium prices. If you're willing to trade a few flights of stairs for savings, this is your level.  Lower Rows vs. Upper Rows  There's a noticeable price difference between the lower and upper rows here, and it comes down to a real trade-off. The upper deck runs as many as 35 rows, with row 1 at the front. Seats in higher rows (20 and above) are the cheapest, but expect long walks up and down the stairs to reach concessions and restrooms. If that doesn't bother you, you'll save a lot of money. The lower rows cost more but reward you with better views of the field and quicker access to the concourse, concessions, and restrooms.  Views & Weather  As the farthest seats from the field, the 500 level gives you a wide, elevated overview of the whole stadium rather than an up-close look — but the midfield sections still offer a solid straight-on angle. Just come prepared for the elements, because these seats are heavily exposed:  West-side sections (503–513) are shaded first, so they're the pick for beating the sun.    Sections near the open end of the stadium (500, 542, etc.) can become very windy.    Underrated Value: Midfield Upper Deck  Don't overlook the midfield 500-level seats — Sections 507–509 and 533–535 are the real sweet spots. The lower rows of these sections deliver an excellent, centered view for both football games and concerts, all at upper-deck prices. If you want the best bang for your buck at Empower Field, start here.

Upper Level Sideline

- The upper level at Empower Field is among the most intimidating seating decks in all of pro football. With up to 36 rows of seats in some sections, these enormous sections are not for the faint of heart (and not for those with a fear of heights). As you enter each section from the concourse, you'll enter at either row 4 or row 7 and walk up or down to your seats. Despite the railings, the stairs are steep and difficult to navigate. Fans with difficulty walking stairs or who make frequent trips to the concourse are advised to sit below row 15. For fans seated in one of the lower rows, they'll find a quality view of the field that is almost identical to the more expensive club level seats just below.  Accessible seating can be found in the first row of most upper level sections and is accessible through its own stair-free tunnel.
