Box Seat Amenities and Club Access
For most shows, box seating features in-seat wait service and a VIP Entrance. Ticketholders will also receive access to the VIP Club where a full-service bar awaits and private restrooms keep you from standing in long lines.
The VIP club is located in the East Plaza towards the middle-front area of the venue. VIP club guests must have a valid day of show wristband to get into this exclusive area.

Great way to watch a concert!
Separate VIP club for a private bathrooms was awesome and waitress to bring drinks was great! There are two rows of VIP boxes, we were in the lower row (closer to the stage) and when everyone stands up - you have to stand to see.
The VIP boxes in the 200 level are high enough that most of them could remain seated and still see the show. Not a big deal, as we were standing and dancing anyway, but just a point worth noting.
Godsmack - Aug 5, 2023 Seats are in a gated area with a table, 4 chairs, lots of room, and a wait staff. Fantastic!

Which sections are covered by the roof at The Pavilion at Star Lake?
The sections that are fully 100% covered at The Pavilion at Star Lake are the GA pit, sections 1-3, and the boxes. If you are a ticket holder in sections 4-9 your seat may or may not be covered by the roof. Ticket holders in rows E-Z in sections 4-9 will most likely be covered fully or at least partially by the roof. If you have a ticket in rows AA-LL in sections 4-9 your seat will most likely NOT be covered at all by the roof.
The Lawn section at The Pavilion is NOT covered at all by the roof.
