Great way to watch a concert! — Separate VIP club for a private bathrooms was awesome and waitress to bring drinks was great! There are two rows of VIP boxes, we were in the lower row (closer to the stage) and when everyone stands up - you have to stand to see.
The VIP boxes in the 200 level are high enough that most of them could remain seated and still see the show. Not a big deal, as we were standing and dancing anyway, but just a point worth noting.

The sections that are fully 100% covered at The Pavilion at Star Lake are the GA pit, sections 1-3, and the boxes. If you are a ticket holder in sections 4-9 your seat may or may not be covered by the roof. Ticket holders in rows E-Z in sections 4-9 will most likely be covered fully or at least partially by the roof. If you have a ticket in rows AA-LL in sections 4-9 your seat will most likely NOT be covered at all by the roof.
The Lawn section at The Pavilion is NOT covered at all by the roof.
