Who Should Sit Here Terrace Level seating is ideal for fans who enjoy elevated views of the field with a more relaxed upper-deck atmosphere. These sections are especially appealing for fans who want great sightlines and skyline views while sitting above the main seating bowl. Location & Seating Details The Terrace Level at Target Field includes both 200 Level sections and 300 Level sections, which share the same concourse but differ slightly in layout. 200 Level sections sit directly above the main seating bowl and are some of the smallest seating sections in the ballpark, with no more than eight rows per section. Entrances to these sections are located at the back row, making them easy to access from the concourse. 300 Level sections, often referred to as the View Level, sit above the Terrace seats. Each section contains about 14 rows of seating and is accessed by a staircase from the Terrace concourse. Views from the Terrace Level Seats on the 200 Level Terrace provide excellent sightlines of the field with a comfortable viewing height. Fans sitting behind home plate on this level enjoy some of the best elevated perspectives in the stadium. Fans on the third base side are treated to some of the best views of the Minneapolis skyline, making this side especially popular during evening games. The 300 Level View seats sit higher above the field but still provide a clear perspective of the entire ballpark. Shade Advantage on the View Level One of the biggest advantages of the 300 Level View sections is shade during summer games. Seats on the first base side—particularly Sections 304 through 315—receive significant protection from the sun, with nearly every row benefiting from shade during many day games. This shade advantage, combined with strong views and upper-level pricing, makes these sections a popular choice for families and fans attending hot summer games.

These are some of the cheapest tickets to a Twins game, but the city view gives them a nice little bonus. Seats are far down the line, but angled well towards the infield. Really windy up here though. I imagine they are bitter cold in April.
