Shoreline Amphitheater contains more than 100 semi-private boxes. When looking at the boxes seating chart, these are organized into A, B and C levels with level A located slightly closer to the stage than the other two options. Here are how the boxes are labeled:
- A1-A7, B1-B8, C1-C10: Behind section 101
- A8-A23, B9-B28, C11-C30: Behind section 102
- A24-A30, B29-B36, C31-C42: Behind section 103
Fans in the VIP Box seats will enjoy some of the best views in the house. They'll also be treated to a private seating area accommodating 4 to 8 patrons, comfortable padded seats, in-seat food and beverage service for most shows, private VIP restrooms, and a private VIP entrance.

Box Seats at the Center
My seats were in B16 of the box seats. This was almost directly at the center of the box seats so the view was incredible!
I don't know if all box seats get perks but here's what I had:
VIP Entrance - Hard to find but had a short line
VIP Terrace access - Nice tranquil space away from seats. Premium food options and two bars. Horrible bathrooms.
Shared Box - Technically four in my box B16, but really eight seats in the semi-private area. Tons of legroom and a padded moveable chair. No ledge or table though :(
Wait Service - Was not expecting this, but there was a food and drink menu with delivery to the boxes.
These are probably the best "seats" at Shoreline Amp, though I'm sure many would prefer to be right up against the stage.
Hootie and The Blowfish - Jul 17, 2024 Awesome view, able to order food and drink from your seat. Private terrace access with nice bathrooms.

Are the Box seats covered at Mountain View Amp?
The amphitheater has a soft roof which does not extend across all box seating. Boxes towards the middle - especially those located behind Section 102 - are not covered and are susceptible to both sun and rain.
