Answered by an RYS Expert · January 5, 2014There are not many seats at Raymond James Stadium that will be located under an overhang, but the best options will be the last two rows (CC and DD) in sideline sections 206-215 and 231-240. These seats are slightly protected by an enclosure and a small overhang from the upper deck. However, these seats will not be protected in the event of blowing rain.
Only the last few rows of seating on the 200 level are modestly covered from above If you absolutely must have a sanctuary in the event of rain, consider club seating which provides access to a climate-controlled concourse that also has limited views of the field.
Section 238, Row M at Raymond James Stadium will not be covered by the upper deck and suites located just above.
For the best chance at covered seating on the 200 level (also known as the club level), you might consider the last row (DD).
For football games, Section 238 is a part of the Raymond James Stadium Club which provides access to covered club lounges free of charge.
