  Consider Seats on the Third Base Side First 
  Home plate at Progressive Field faces slightly Northeast, which means that seats on the third base side of the field will see shade first during late afternoon and evening games.
   Seats in Right Field Should Be Avoided 
  Right Field seats will see the sun the longest, with sections 303-317 and 504-514 being exposed until the sun sets completely under the stadium. The Upper Level overhang is little match during afternoon games, but it does help protect fans during the late afternoon and evening.
   200 Level Seats on the Third Base Side are the Best 
  The overhang above the 200 level provides relief from the sun without blocking view of the action
  Overall, your best option for staying in the shade for a noon game will be sections 257-259, 262, 265, and 267. These are the sections located behind the field level sections on the third base side, and also feature some cover from the overhanging suites located just above. There are 5 lettered rows of seating in each of these sections (with row A being closest and least covered by the overhang), so we would recommend rows C-E to provide the best protection from the sun.

  When the weather heats up in July and August, Progressive Field can get as hot as any stadium in the country. When this is the case, finding shaded seats is a priority. But when the weather is just right, Guardians fans like nothing more than soaking up the sun and enjoying a day at the ballpark.

  The sunniest seats at Progressive Field will be in right field and on the first base side of the field. Most of these seats do not see a lot of shade and are typically much warmer than the rest of the stadium.

  Seats in Right Field

  

  Sections 103-113 are lower level seats in right field. When looking for sunshine, these are your best bet. Only the last few rows of 109-113 are under cover and have the potential to be shaded. The rest of the section is completely exposed to the sun.

  Just above these sections are 303-316. These seats see just as much sunshine as those at field level. However, most fans prefer to sit in the 100 level for an opportunity to catch a home run ball and to enjoy the livelier atmosphere of the lower level.

  Seats on the First Base Side

  

  The two sections that see perhaps the most sunshine are Section 117 and the Corner Bar section. These sections have no overhead protection and are a magnet for the sun's rays. As a result, the Corner Bar is one of the most crowded areas on a beautiful day.

These seats have a great view of the field, except for balls hit down the right field corner. Because these seats are under a large overhang, they are nicely protected from adverse weather, both too much sun or rain. However, because of the overhang, you cannot see the upper part of the outfield area, where fireworks are displayed. So, if you go for fireworks night, check with an attendant as to where you can move to see them.
This section have a conveniently located hanging tv for pitch tracking and replay.. Also, these seats are very conveniently located for rest rooms, food stands, and souvenir shops.
Any true baseball fan would love these seats. But , be mindful that you are directly behind the visiting team's dugout, and some rival fans might be in near you. ...More
