Budget-minded Buckeye supporters should look to the North endzone, where sections are smaller and tickets are cheaper, while those who want the best all-around value should aim for the first seven rows on either sideline.  C Deck Seating Details  The C Deck sits on the upper level and wraps the stadium in a horseshoe. The largest sections are the even-numbered East C Deck sections on the East sideline, which carry more than 40 rows of bleacher seating. The West C Deck sections on the OSU sideline have fewer rows, because Box Seats and D Deck sections occupy the top rows of the upper deck on that side.
