RYS Expert Reviews

Field Level

(2026 Review) - Lower Bowl Location: Covers all lower-bowl sections 1–46, the closest level to the field.  Split Sections: Each section is divided into upper and lower portions by a walkway that runs between rows 27 and 28 for most sections.  Bleacher Seating: Both upper and lower portions are bleacher-style with no backs — many fans bring a seat cushion.  Best Shade (Auburn Side): Sections 1–11 are the Auburn side and are shaded first; sit as high as possible for the earliest shade.  Who Should Sit Here  The Field Level at Jordan-Hare Stadium is for fans who want to be as close to the action as possible in the lower bowl. It suits those who prioritize proximity over comfort, since the bleacher seating has no backs. Bringing a cushion goes a long way toward a comfortable game day here.  Field Level Seating Details  The Field Level includes every lower-bowl section, numbered 1 through 46, wrapping around the stadium. Each section is split into an upper and lower portion by a walkway that circles the venue, coming between rows 27 and 28 for most sections. On the Auburn football seating chart, this walkway shows up as a gap in the middle of most sections. Some Field Level sections reach up to 63 rows in total.  Views from the Field Level  Seats directly below the splitting walkway offer some of the best views in the zone, and they see less foot traffic than the surrounding rows. Whichever section you choose, sitting just under the walkway is an ideal spot. FFor the best seats on this level, look near midfield. Sections 4-9 and 26-31 are excellent options along the sidelines.  Sun & Shade  Sections 1–11 are the preferred side for most fans. This is the Auburn side of the field and the seats are shaded first. To catch the earliest shade, pick a seat in the highest row possible.

West Lower Deck

- The West Lower Deck at Jordan Hare Stadium includes seating behind the Auburn sideline. Sections 5-7 are closest to midfield, while Sections 1 and 11 are in line with the endzones. Each section has 57 rows of seating, with the walkway behind row 27 splitting the sections into upper and lower portions. Because the walkway sees a bit of traffic, you'll want to avoid being in the first few rows behind it. Instead, choose Rows 20-25 before the walkway or 35-45 after it. These rows will give you good elevation for seeing the field, while keeping you clear of distractions. Though none of these sections are complete covered by the upper deck overhang, these seats are among the first to get shade during late afternoon games. And rows 46 and above will be covered no matter the time of day.

Seating Notes

  • For football games, we recommend rows 40-50 for great views of the field
  • Rows 46 and above are under cover
  • See all shaded and covered seating

Fan Reviews

  • Way too low — Don't get seats below Row 20, they're too low. We had to watch the game from the jumbo-tron. Great stadium and great fans though!
