Field F at Ford Field

(2026 Review) - Best for Concerts: Field Seats are the most desirable ticket option for concerts at Ford Field, positioned directly on the turf.  Closest to the Stage: The front rows of these sections are the nearest spots to the stage.  Two Ticket Types: Field Seats come as either general admission (standing, unassigned) or reserved seating (assigned section, row, and seat with a chair).  Layout Varies by Show: The seating chart changes for every concert, so always check the chart for your specific event before buying.  Who Should Sit Here  Field Seats at Ford Field are for concertgoers who want to be as close to the action as possible. If getting near the stage matters most to you, this is the area to target. Just know whether your ticket is standing-room general admission or a reserved chair, since the experience differs quite a bit between the two.  Field Seats Location & Details  Field Seats are located directly on the turf, with the front rows sitting closest to the stage. Because the seating chart for concerts changes for every show, the exact section layout varies event to event. General admission sections are usually labeled GA Floor, GA Field, or GA Pit and give you access to a specific area with no assigned spot. Reserved Field sections are typically labeled with a letter and come with an assigned section, row, and seat.  Views from the Field Seats  Being on the turf puts you at the front of the crowd, and the front rows offer the closest possible view of the stage. Since the layout shifts from show to show, the exact vantage point depends on where the stage is set up for your event.  Good to Know  If your ticket is general admission (GA Floor, GA Field, or GA Pit), there are no assigned seats and spaces are first-come — arrive early to claim the best spot on the field. Reserved ticketholders will have an assigned chair to sit on. Always confirm the seating chart for your specific event, as it changes on an event-by-event basis.
