RYS Expert Reviews

100 Level

(2026 Review) - Largest Level: 41 sections wrap the field on the 100 Level, each with more than 40 rows — the biggest seating level in the stadium.  Closest to the Action: These lower-bowl seats put you nearest the field and the stage.  Standard Seating: Expect standard stadium chairs with a cupholder — few premium club seats or amenities down here.  Midfield Picks (Lions Home Games): Sections 106 and 127 sit directly at midfield for the best experience.  Upgrade Option: The Soaring Eagle Dream Seats at the top of sections 100 and 141 are the one notable upgrade on this level.  Who Should Sit Here  The 100 Level at Ford Field is for fans who want to be as close to the field and the players as possible, and who care more about proximity than club perks. It's a great fit for both Lions games and concerts, with a wide range of sections and price points to choose from across the lower bowl.  100 Level Seating Details  The 100 Level is made up of 41 sections spanning the entire lower bowl, with more than 40 rows in each. On Lions home games, sections 104–108 sit behind the Lions bench, while sections 106 and 127 land directly at midfield — pick these or the sections nearby for the best vantage point. For concerts, the stage is typically set in front of sections 135–140.  Views from the 100 Level  These seats bring you much closer to the field and the action than any other level. The lower bowl is fairly flat, so aim for row 20 or higher to gain some elevation over the players standing on the sideline. For concerts, the best side views are found in sections 105–106 and 127–128.  Seating & Upgrades  Standard seats: All seats are standard stadium chairs with a cupholder.  Soaring Eagle Dream Seats: Located in the last row at the top of sections 100 and 141, in the corner on the Lions side of the field, with about 35 rows of seats in front of you.  Dream Seat comforts: Three rows of leather recliners plus personal HD TVs between seats for replays and close calls.  Good to Know  Because the level is flat, a higher row makes a real difference in sightline — row 20 and above gives you a clearer look over the sideline. If you want a completely different lower-level experience, the Dream Seats trade proximity for living-room-style comfort at the back of sections 100 and 141.

Lower Level Sideline (Football)

- Located along the sidelines and on the lowest tier of Ford Field is the Lower Level Sideline seating area. Running from goal line to goal line, these sections offer some of the best sight lines in the stadium and keep fans as close to the action as possible. Fans can sit behind the home team bench in sections 104-108, while Sections 125-129 on the north side will keep you behind the visiting team bench. Sections in this area have up to 42 rows of seating, with handicap accessible seating located near the top of most sections. As the entry tunnels are also located at the top of the sections, this leaves the longest walk to the seats for fans in the closest rows.

Seating Notes

  • These seats are located behind the Lions sideline
  • For football games, we recommend rows 30+ for great views of the field
  • For football games, desirable view from near midfield
