The Pit at Cynthia Woods Pavilion is relatively small - holding just 160 seats when there is reserved seating. With chairs removed, the Pit holds a few more people, but not many. The Pit is located directly in front of the stage at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, positioned just ahead of Sections 101–103.

For many shows, the Pit is set up as a reserved seating section with approximately six rows. In this configuration, Row 1 sits closest to the stage, offering some of the best views in the venue.

Because of its limited size and location, every seat in this section provides a strong, direct view of the performance.
