300 Level

(2026 Review) - Highest & Cheapest: The 300 Level, or Upper Concourse, is the top tier at Crypto.com Arena and usually carries the lowest ticket prices.  Section Layout: Sections have up to 15 rows, with each entrance at Row 3.  Sit Low: Paying a little extra for a lower row gets you a much better view and easier access to concourse amenities.  Know Before You Buy: A large block of suites separates this level from the lower bowl, so some fans feel these sections are high up and removed from the action.  Best Seats Vary: The ideal section depends on whether you're seeing basketball, hockey, or a concert.  Who Should Sit Here  The 300 Level at Crypto.com Arena is the pick for budget-minded fans who want to be in the building without paying premium prices. It works well if you're happy to trade proximity for savings, and choosing a low row keeps the experience comfortable for almost any event.  300 Level Seating Details  Also known as the Upper Concourse, the 300 Level is the highest area in the arena. Each section holds up to 15 rows, and the entrance to every section is at Row 3. Because a block of suites sits between this level and the lower bowl, seats here are noticeably elevated — one more reason to aim for the lowest row you can.  Views from the 300 Level  What counts as the best view depends on your event. For Lakers and Clippers games, sideline sections offer the best look at the court, while end sections are somewhat obstructed by the basket. For most concerts, sections 319 and 334 sit closest to the stage with a better-than-expected view, whereas the highest rows in corner sections have the worst sightlines. For Kings games, the lowest row in any section lets you comfortably follow the action from the side, corner, or behind the net — and the Kings shoot twice toward sections 321-332, making those popular with home fans.  Good to Know  If the height is a concern, the fix is simple: buy a low row or skip this level altogether. A lower row not only improves the view but also makes reaching Upper Concourse amenities more convenient.

Seating Notes

  • For hockey games, desirable view from near center ice
  • Views from near center court for basketball games

Decent view from Section 301! — We’ve never been inside Staples Center and was worried these would be terrible seats. We saw the Bruno Mars concert on 10/27/2018. The seats were decent for the price. You can see the performers on the stage and the large projector screens helped but you lose the sight lines of the left back half of the stage (as you face the stage - this was specific to the BM’s stage set). The stage also had a set of speakers that hung down on the front left and right of the stage which partially blocked the view. However, the sound was amazing! It was also nice to be close to the aisle and the tunnel leading to/out of seats. If we were to see another concert and had to choose the 300-level again, we’d probably go closer to the center, like the 304-306 sections and likewise on the opposite side of the arena as you had a more straight-on view of the stage. Worst seat in the house?! — I thought I'd be getting a great spot on the aisle and in the lower rows of a 300 level section which wasn't all that far from the stage, but I quickly realized this could be one of the worst possible places to sit for a concert at Staples Center. A metal hand railing and glass safety partition could not possibly be in a more perfect position to block my view of the center of the stage.
Sure I was on the aisle and super close to the section entry tunnel which was great for restroom trips and grabbing a beer, but it came at a pretty steep cost of not being able to see the performance at the central part of the stage.

Don’t get scammed like me! The worst view :( — I did my research before attending the basketball match, checked numerous seating maps but it was not possible to know that this seat will have obstruction in front of me and my view at the court would be compromised this much :(( I could not enjoy the game at all… And I traveled to LAX from Europe so for me to see Los Angeles Lakers play was once in a lifetime experience which was ruined tremendously. Don’t buy a ticket for this seat (I bought it from the official ticket marketplace online)!!!

301 — Great seats with full center view, and no one in front of you. Docked one point because the glass in front of you is a bit distracting if you’re short like me.
