Section 123 Branding: Often listed on tickets as Section 123 or simply "The Bench," this area is a distinct alternative to standard stadium seating.
Who should sit here?
The Budweiser Bench is the ultimate spot for baseball purists and autograph seekers who want to be "on top" of the action. If you’re a fan of the visiting team or just a pitching nerd who wants to hear the pop of a 98-mph fastball from a few feet away, there isn't a better seat in the house.
Seating Type and Configuration
Unlike the standard fold-down seats in the infield, the Budweiser Bench consists of individual chairs positioned at a permanent drink rail. This setup provides significant extra legroom and a flat surface for your concessions. The section is intentionally small, with only four rows of seating (labeled Rows 1–4), which prevents the area from feeling overcrowded even during high-profile matchups against teams like the Yankees or Red Sox.
Field Perspective and Visiting Bullpen View
The primary draw of the Budweiser Bench is its vertical proximity to the visiting bullpen. Because the bench seats are elevated directly over the pitchers' mounds, you can watch tactical warm-ups from a bird's-eye perspective. While the view of the actual game is from a distance, you have a clear, straight-on look at the Atlanta Braves dugout and the entire infield. Note that the large 80-foot wide scoreboard sits directly behind this section, so you won't be able to see the video board without turning around.
Location and Sun Exposure
The Budweiser Bench is situated in Left-Center Field at CoolToday Park. It is one of the most sun-drenched areas of the stadium, as it faces West and receives direct Florida sunlight for the duration of a 1:05 PM first pitch. While the proximity to the outfield concourse makes it easy to step away for a cold drink, fans should prepare for high heat and zero overhead cover.
Other Considerations
If you want to be near the Atlanta Braves bullpen instead of the visitors, you should look for tickets in the Pavilion. For those who like the ledge-style seating but want to be closer to the Tiki Bar and the Left Field foul pole, the Left Field Lounge is the better alternative.
