Picnic Seating: Multi-tiered terrace sections (P1–P3) featuring communal picnic table seating down the left-field line.    Elevated Group Space: Provides a social, open-air environment with more room to move than standard stadium rows.    Corner Views: Positioned right off the third-base line with quick access to the outfield concourse.    Who should sit here?  The Picnic Terrace is ideal for fans who are traveling in large groups or families who want a dedicated "home base" with a table. It’s perfect for those who prioritize a social atmosphere and the convenience of a flat surface for food and scorecards over a traditional stadium seat.  Picnic Terrace Location  There are three Picnic Terrace sections located down the left-field line at BayCare Ballpark. When looking for a picnic section, look for those labeled P1, P2, and P3 on the Philadelphia Phillies spring training seating chart. These sections are located just past the third-base bag, leading into the left-field corner. Section P1 is the largest with four tiers of tables, while P2 and P3 offer two tiers each.  Perspective from the Terrace  Because the terrace is multi-tiered, fans enjoy an elevated, unobstructed look at the field from the left-field side. It offers a great side-on perspective of the infield and a clear view across the diamond to the right-field berm. Being so close to the foul pole, you are in a prime spot to see home runs "hooking" into the left-field corner and plays developing along the third-base line.  Know Before You Go  Ticket Requirements: You must have a specific P1, P2, or P3 ticket to access this area. While the tables are shared within your ticketed group area, it is much more spacious than the 100-level sections.    Sun Exposure: Like much of the left-field area at BayCare Ballpark, the Picnic Terrace is largely exposed to the sun. Since the tables are metal, they can get quite warm in the Florida afternoon, so bringing a towel to sit on and plenty of sun protection is recommended.    Netting Awareness: These sections are among the few areas in the infield/outfield transition that are not behind protective netting, providing a completely unobstructed view (though fans should stay alert for foul balls).
