DANGEROUS: Only 2 egresses to/from the floor so a huge pushy bottleneck occurs. Hard to believe grown ups designed this mess.
There is no where to sit down on the entire lower level. There are two "lounges" but one was closed for a private event. I had "VIP" passes but that wasn't enough for me to sit down for a minute while waiting 3 hours for the show to start. No food, only candy on the lower level.
The screens are incredible and the sound was good. They need to fix the access to the floor and have some seats in the lobby and hallways for those who get tired of standing within 5-6 hours. Also no place to sit and eat on the main level. Food was okay, burgers, Ahi bowls, chicken fingers and fries but we had to eat standing up. Please add some benches or a seating area. Bathrooms were fine, plenty of stalls.
