Features & Amenities

The Floor at The Factory takes on two different forms for most shows.

Reserved Sections 101-105

For some concerts, seats are setup on the Floor and sections are labeled 101-105. These seats have an assigned section, row and seat.

In this setup, general admission floor tickets are also available. This area is also known as the Premium Deck. This gives guests access to the area in front of the main floor bar where there is a ledge and views of the stage.

General Admission Floor Tickets

For many shows, the entire floor is general admission. When this is the case, there are no sections or seats on the floor. Guests stand for the duration of the show and spaces are first-come, first-serve.

On each side of the floor are bars and restrooms. And just in front of each bar is a long ledge where guests can stand, enjoy their drink and still see the show.

Fan Reviews

Seats close to stage - decent view! You can’t see much of the screen from this section, which was unfortunate since the show I attended would play videos during breaks, but if you don’t care about the screen then they’re really close and you can see the entire act!
