Closest Seats to the Field: All 100-level sections sit within roughly 20 rows of the action.    Multiple Tiers: Options range from premium home plate seats to more affordable baseline and outfield sections.    Best Shade Near Home Plate: Overhang coverage protects many seats behind home plate and near the dugouts.    Traditional Stadium Seating: Standard chairback seats with the concourse located behind the top row.    Who Should Sit Here?  The Lower Level is ideal for fans who want to be close to the field during Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers Spring Training games. It’s a strong option for those who prefer traditional stadium seating and want flexibility in pricing — whether that means premium home plate views or more affordable baseline seats.  Lower Level Specifics   The Lower Level at Surprise Stadium includes all sections labeled in the 100s and wraps around the field from foul pole to foul pole. Every seat is positioned within approximately 20 rows of the field, creating one of the most intimate viewing experiences in the stadium.  Row A is closest to the field in each section, while the main concourse is located directly behind the top row for convenient access to concessions and restrooms.  Views from the Lower Level  Lower Level seats provide some of the closest and most immersive views at Surprise Stadium. Sections directly behind home plate — often referred to as Lower Premium Seats — offer centered sightlines of the pitcher, batter, and entire infield. These seats are typically the most expensive and benefit from some of the strongest shade coverage in the stadium.  Sections 107–112, known as Lower Dugout Seats, sit alongside the team benches. Even-numbered sections are positioned behind the Texas Rangers dugout, while odd-numbered sections are on the Kansas City Royals side. Thanks to the Upper Level overhang, many of these seats receive strong protection from the sun.  As sections extend toward the baselines and outfield corners, ticket prices generally decrease. These areas still provide close proximity to the field, though shade becomes less consistent further from home plate.  Lower Level Recommendations  Sections 101–102: Directly behind home plate with the best overall views at Surprise Stadium.    Section 110: Excellent vantage point behind the Texas Rangers dugout.    Section 109: Strong view behind the Kansas City Royals dugout with great access to the action.
