(2026 Review) - Highest in the House: The 400 Level — known as the Terrace Level — is the top seating tier at State Farm Stadium.  Best Value: Ticket prices here are typically much lower than the Lower Level or Club Level.  Two Seat Types: Each section splits into Ring of Honor Seats (lettered rows below the entrance) and true upper-deck Terrace Seats (numbered rows above it).  Cheapest Option: The Terrace Seats are usually the least expensive tickets for a Cardinals game.  Who Should Sit Here  The Terrace Level at State Farm Stadium is built for budget-minded fans who want to catch a Cardinals game without paying Lower Level or Club prices. It's a solid fit if you care more about being in the building on game day than being close to the action, and it works well for casual fans and larger groups watching their spending.  Terrace Level Seating Details  On the Arizona Cardinals seating chart, the 400 Level is commonly referred to as the Terrace Level and is the highest seating area in the stadium. Each 400 Level section contains roughly 30 rows. When you enter a section, the lettered rows (for example, Row A) sit below the entrance — these are the Ring of Honor Seats. Above the section entrance, up a flight of stairs, are the numbered rows. These Terrace Seats are the true upper-deck seats and typically the cheapest tickets available.  Best Terrace Level Sections  For the best views from the Terrace Level, we recommend sitting in the sideline sections near midfield. These seats provide the best sightlines for both football games and concerts.  Sections 411-414 on the Cardinals sideline and 442-445 on the visitor sideline are among the top choices. Located just above the Ring of Honor seats, these sections offer an excellent balance of view and value, making them a great option for budget-conscious fans. 

- A seat in the Terrace Corner sections will leave you looking to the videoboards in order to follow the action happening on the court. The views of the actual game are extremely far, and as you won't have a head on viewing angle to the endzones, we recommend searching instead for seats in the Terrace Baseline where you can look straight away at the video coverage. Seating begins with lettered rows below the entry tunnel, and numbered rows above. Whenever possible, opt for the lettered rows as these keep you closer to the court and concourse, and also feel like their own private seating deck. 

- Terrace Level Corner sections are the furthest of any from the field of play, but are the best place to find cheap tickets at University of Phoenix Stadium. Fans can expect unique diagonal views of the field with decent sight lines to the near endzone, but the action will seem very far as the ball moves to the other side of the field. Due to the far off perspective, fans are advised to look for seats in the north corners before considering the south corners, as the fans in the south will also have difficult views of the large videoboard which sits above and behind the south endzone. Terrace level corner sections feature 23 rows of seating with row 1 being closest to the front of the section, and row 23 the furthest.
