"Disappointing upper level seats at midfield"

Seat Review From Section 428, Row 6, Seat 6
Sep 2013

Comments

Section 428 put me right at mid-field but I was disappointed when I got to my seat as a plexiglass barrier and a handrail took up half of the field. Its not terribly difficult to see through the glass, however it just makes you feel less connected to the game, and leads to a lot of leaning around to try and get a clear view when the ball is on that half of the field. The view of the other half of the field is very good, and would opt for seats more towards the left side of the section to avoid having the glass be an issue in the future.

Best for... fans on a budget

    • "Really far away"

      (Section 424) - -

The stairs are steep, and even when you're in your seats, you still feel like you're going to fall forward onto the field. There are much better seats in the endzones where you can still ...

    • "Sit lower if you can"

      (Section 402) - -

It feels like you're sitting in the heavens so far up, but the seats are far from heavenly. Row 27 is wayyy up there! If you sit in these seats, don't plan on moving for the whole game. If you go down to get food or go to the bathroom, you're risking your life up and down the stairs. It's not that b...

    • "40 Yardline Upper Deck"

      (Section 427) - -

The 400 level just seems so high up at Fedex Field. Even Row 7 seems a mile away from the field. Fortunately these are at the 40 so you get to see most of the action pretty well. The railing and glass annoyingly block part of the field on the right, but you can always lean or sway to get around them...
