"Seats on risers at the top of Section 131"

Seat Review From Section 131, Row 28
Sep 2013

Comments

The seats were on a metal riser structure just behind the rest of section 131, and looked like it was put in after the stadium was constructed but wanted to put in additional seats. Other than being on an odd structure, the seats looked very similar to what was available in the normal part of the section, and were decently comfortable with a good angle to the center of the field.

The views were very good and it helped to be higher up from the field level towards the back, as it made it easy to see the far end of the field. I had to pull a 180 to see the scoreboard on our end of the field which was just above the section 232 seats behind me, but it was pretty cool to be so close.

Best for... watching the game

    • "Last row but not"

      (Section 132) - -

The 200 level starts a row behind. There is no pathway. The best part of these seats is that they're right near the aisle and tunnel.

    • "Handrail in the way"

      (Section 209) - -

These seats were in the first row of section 209, but I was in seat 18 and the hand rail did cause some obstruction, if I was taller it would be fine. Overall decent seats, but I would have paid less to get higher seats in the section.

    • "Get here early to see warmups!"

      (Section 110) - -

If you're sitting here, get here early so you can see the Redksins warmup before the game. Even though he wasn't playing, RG III was warming up, sprinting and throwing right in front of me. Because you're only in the fourth row behind the dream seats, you can't always see the other end of the field ...
