It's a natural fit for die-hard supporters who bring the energy, making it a fun place to be for rivalry matchups and major concerts. If you want the experience without the premium price, this is your spot.  Press Level Seating Details  The Press Level spans sections PL1 through PL18, located in the upper deck on the sides of the arena. Most sections have up to 20 rows, with the exceptions of PL1 and PL9, which feature only 3 rows each. Row 1 is at the front and the section entrance is at Row 3, so Rows 4 and above are reached only via the staircase outside the section tunnel.  Views from the Press Level  These are best thought of as value seats. Rows 1-3 offer a good view, though the safety wall and railing in front can be a nuisance. Because the seating is high up in the rafters, the overall feel can be boxed-in. What you give up in sightlines you gain in atmosphere, as this level tends to draw the most passionate fans in the arena.  Best Seats on the Press Level  The best sections on the Press Level are PL5 and PL14, with PL4, PL6, PL13, and PL15 as other strong options. Their placement near center ice makes these sections some of the most desirable choices on the upper level. Aim for the lower rows in these sections for the sweet spot, and you can often find these seats at a bargain.
