What are the amenities in Section 105 at Time Warner Cable Arena?

Specifically wondering if tickets in Row B include complimentary food, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks?

All inclusive food, beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks are available in the Inner Circle Club seats in Section 105, however these seats are located in Rows A4, A5, and A.

Row B belongs to the standard club seating area, which does provide access to the upscale club lounges offering premium food and beverage for purchase, access to the fine dining restaurant at Time Warner Cable Arena, and in-seat food and beverage service (food and beverage are not complimentary).
