Features & Amenities
For most concerts at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte (formerly Time Warner Cable Arena) the stage is set up at the end closest to sections 107-112. In this end-stage setup, the floor is typically divided into six sections labeled Floor 1 - Floor 6.
More often than not, all floor sections are the same size. That is, they typically include roughly 20 rows of lettered seating with Row A at the front of each section. Seat numbers vary by performance, but the most common setup has 14 seats in each row with seat 1 located on the right aisle (as you face the stage).
While the previous notes describe reserved seating, the floor is occasionally turned into a general admission section. When this is the case, all general admission ticketholders will have access to all parts of the general admission area. If you have a general admission ticket and want to be close to the stage, we recommend arriving to the early a few hours before doors open. Once the doors open, GA ticketholders will be able to occupy standing spaces on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Seating and Ticket Q&A
Do the seats on the floor at Timer Warner Cable Arena have cushions?
The floor seats at Time Warner Cable arena are standard folding chairs with just a small amount of cushion.

The stadium seats on the lower level (100 level) feature more padding and a cupholder.
