- Lower Level sections at Oakland Arena are labeled 101-128. These seats are the primary alternative to Floor Seats. The best 100 Level seats are located in sections 116 and 127. Despite having a side view, these are closest seats to the stage that are not on the Floor. Adjacent sections like 115 and 128 are also highly desirable for their close proximity.
