Chase Bridges
(2026 Review) -
Unique Bridge Design: Catwalk-style seats that hang over the sections below, giving you a bird's-eye view of the action.
Included Sections: Sections 310-316 make up the north bridge; sections 324-328 make up the south bridge.
Wider, Padded Seats: Each seat is wider and more padded than traditional arena seats, with a glass partition between rows for added privacy and room.
Bar-Stool Rows: Rows labeled BS are bar-stool seats — good to know when choosing your row.
Media Deck for Sports: For sporting events, the south bridge serves as the media deck, so seating there differs (see details below).
Who Should Sit Here
The Chase Bridges at Madison Square Garden are for fans who want one of the most distinctive vantage points in the building. If you like the idea of looking down on the event from a comfortable, elevated perch while still feeling close to the floor, this is the spot. It's a great fit for anyone who values wider, padded seating and a bit of privacy over a conventional seat in the stands.
Chase Bridge Seating Details
The bridges are a catwalk-style structure that runs above the back of the 100 Level sections, which actually places them closer to the middle of the floor than the upper rows of the 200 Level. The north bridge covers sections 310-316 and the south bridge covers sections 324-328, as shown on the Madison Square Garden seating chart. Each section features 2-3 rows of seating, with rows labeled BS designating bar-stool seats.
Views from the Chase Bridges
The views here are about as unique as it gets. Few arenas anywhere offer seats at this height that still sit so close to the action below, and many fans describe the experience as looking down on the event. The perspective isn't uncomfortable — just different — which is exactly what makes the bridges such a special part of the arena.
What's to Expect
Comfortable Seating: Wider, more padded seats than the standard chairs found elsewhere in the arena.
Glass Partitions: A glass partition between seats gives fans privacy between rows and more room for comfort.
Media Deck Features (Sporting Events): For sporting events the south bridge becomes the media deck — section 326 is converted, while the other sections remain seated options. Row 2 on the south deck features swivel chairs, each with a TV monitor and a power outlet at the seat.
Seating Notes
- For most hockey hockey games, these seats are located on the end where the visitors shoot twice
