On the Madison Square Garden seating chart, Balcony Seats are 300-Level seats at the ends of the arena. This includes sections 301-309 in the East Balcony and 317-323 in the West Balcony. These sections are located on the Chase Bridge level of MSG. West Balcony vs. East Balcony Lounges All Balcony sections include two rows of seats plus a row of barstools at the back. Guests will have a bird's eye view of the action from the top of the arena. East Balcony seats are also known as The Lounges. These seats are larger than normal stadium seats and are over-sized with extra padding. Behind the seats is a hospitality area with food, additional seating and drinks available for purchase.
