Balcony Seats

(2026 Review) - Where You'll Sit: 300-Level seats at the ends of the arena, on the Chase Bridge level of MSG.  Sections Included: 301-309 in the East Balcony and 317-323 in the West Balcony.  The Lounges: East Balcony seats (317-323) are oversized with extra padding and a hospitality area behind them.  Included Food (Most Major Events, Lounge Seats): A pre-set food menu is included in Lounge Seats for most major events — confirm in the seller notes.  Concert Caveat: West Balcony sections are rarely sold for concerts because they sit behind an end-stage setup.  Who Should Sit Here  Balcony Seats at Madison Square Garden suit fans who want a full, bird's-eye look at the whole floor from the top of the arena. The East Balcony Lounges are the pick for groups and comfort-seekers who value roomier, padded seating and a hospitality area steps away. West Balcony works well for hockey fans who want to watch the Rangers attack twice toward their end.  Balcony Seating Details  These are 300-Level seats located at the ends of the arena on the Chase Bridge level. The zone spans the East Balcony (sections 301-309) and the West Balcony (sections 317-323). Every Balcony section is laid out with two rows of seats plus a row of barstools at the back — barstool rows are typically labeled BS (for example, BS3). Lounge Seats in the East Balcony are usually sold in group ticket packages, though they're occasionally available to individual fans.  Views from the Balcony  Expect a bird's-eye view of the action from the top of the arena, giving you the full layout of the floor. For concerts, note that the West Balcony sits behind an end-stage setup and is rarely sold — one notable exception being Billy Joel concerts. For Rangers games, the West Balcony sections are the end the team shoots toward twice.  What's Included & Available  East Balcony Lounge seats are larger than standard arena seats, with extra padding.  A hospitality area sits behind the Lounge seats, with food, additional seating, and drinks available for purchase.  A pre-set food menu is included in Lounge Seats for most major events — review the seller notes when purchasing to confirm.  Good to Know  If you're shopping for a concert, check the stage configuration before choosing West Balcony seats, since they're often unavailable behind an end stage. Billy Joel dates are a reliable exception where these seats do go on sale.  Disclaimer: The pre-set included food menu applies to Lounge Seats for most major events, and drinks are available for purchase and are not included. Amenities may vary by event. Confirm what's included in the seller notes for your specific event before purchasing.

Seating Notes
