Section 204 at Lane Stadium

(2026 Review) - Location: South endzone, sections 201-206, with maroon chair-back seats.  Club Access (Virginia Tech Games): Ticketholders get access to the club lounges with private restrooms and specialized concessions.  Comfort: Chairs with backs, mostly shaded, and nearly all seats are covered.  Good to Know: These sit beyond the end zone, so the view is more of a look down the field than a marquee angle.  Who Should Sit Here  The Zone Club at Lane Stadium suits fans who want the extras of a club experience without a premium sideline price. If you value a comfortable chair-back seat, shade, cover from the elements, and access to a lounge on Virginia Tech game days, this is a solid pick — just know you're watching from the end zone.  Zone Club Seating Details  The Zone Club is located in the south endzone across sections 201-206. These are the maroon-colored chair-back seats sitting just behind the goal line seats. For Virginia Tech games, this ticket includes access to the club lounges.  Views from the Zone Club  Because these seats are located beyond the end zone, they don't offer the best view in the stadium. That said, the added height of the level gives you a more comfortable look down the length of the field.  Amenities & Perks  Access to the club lounges (Virginia Tech games)  Private restrooms  Specialized concessions  Chair-back seating, unlike the goal line seats in front  Sun & Shade  These seats are mostly shaded and nearly all are covered, so you're well protected from sun and weather compared with many open sections.  Disclaimer: Club lounge access applies to Virginia Tech home games. Amenities may vary for other events. Confirm what's included for your specific event before purchasing.
