Zone Club
(2026 Review) - The maroon-colored chair back seats in the south endzone (sections 201-206) are known as Zone Club seats. For Virginia Tech games, ticketholders sitting here get access to the club lounges with private restrooms and specialized concessions. Unlike the goal line seats just in front of them, these club seats feature a chair with a back, are mostly shaded, and nearly all seats are covered. Views from the Zone Club Due to their location beyond the end zone, these seats do not have the best view in the stadium. However, the added height of the level does provide a more comfortable look down the field.

Rows L and above in sections 201-206 are covered
Very few of the seats at Lane Stadium are covered, but you will find some overhead protection in sections 201-206. Within these sections, rows L, M and N are under the overhang.
Furthermore, their position on the south side of the field makes these seats among the first to be shaded.
