RYS Expert Reviews

Reserved Seating

(2026 Review) - Closest Reserved Seating: 100 & 200 Level sections are nearest to the stage    Best Views: 100 Level sits directly in front of the stage for the most immersive experience    Budget-Friendly Option: 200 Level offers reserved seats at a lower price point    Pit Option: Some shows include a GA Pit in front of the 100 Level    Obstruction + Cover Notes: Rows near VV may have poles; upper rows may be uncovered    Who Should Sit Here  Reserved seats are ideal for fans who want a guaranteed seat with a clear view of the stage. This is the best option for those choosing between proximity (100 Level) and value (200 Level) while still avoiding general admission areas like the lawn.  Reserved Seating Location & Details  Reserved seating at Lakewood Amphitheatre is split into two main levels with VIP Boxes separating them.  100 Level (Sections 101–103): Closest to the stage    VIP Boxes: Located between the 100 and 200 Levels    200 Level (Sections 201–207): Positioned behind the Boxes at a higher elevation    100 Level Sections (101–103)  The 100 Level provides some of the best seats in the venue thanks to its proximity to the stage.  Sections run right up to the stage, offering the closest reserved seating    Section 102 is centered for the most direct view    Sections 101 & 103: Rows A–X (24 rows)    Section 102: Rows A–Y (25 rows)    Pit (When Available)  For select shows, a General Admission Pit is placed in front of the 100 Level.  Standing-room only — no assigned seats    Closest possible access to the stage    Best for fans prioritizing energy and proximity over comfort    200 Level Sections (201–207)  The 200 Level offers a more affordable reserved seating option with a slightly elevated view.  Seven sections (201–207) located behind VIP Boxes    Elevated perspective provides a full view of the stage    Row + View Considerations:  Rows AA–RR: Best combination of view and coverage    Row VV area: Support beams can create obstructed views    Rows beyond VV (e.g., AAA): Typically outside the pavilion roof    Views from Reserved Seats  Reserved seating offers a range of viewing experiences depending on level and row.  100 Level: Closest, most immersive views    200 Level: Elevated, more relaxed perspective    Center sections provide the most balanced, head-on sightlines    Other Considerations  Not all 200 Level seats are covered — check row placement for weather protection    Support poles can impact views in certain rows    Pit availability varies by show and changes the layout of front-row seating

Seating and Ticket Q&A

  • Where is Section 203 Row CCC?

Row CCC is the 7th row from the back of Section 203, and has a total of 30 seats in the row. As you face the stage, seat 1 will be on the aisle at the right side of the row, while seat 30 is on the aisle at the left side of the row (closer to center stage). Therefore, if sitting in seats 23-28 it will be best to enter from the aisle closest to the center of the amphitheater, and after reaching Row CCC, your seats will start as the third seat in off the center aisle.
