(2026 Review) - Terrace Seats are in sections 209-212 at KFC Yum! Center. This exclusive area of seating is a great option for all events at the arena due to its elevated location and less crowded atmosphere. Terrace Seat Views  Sections located on the Terrace Level are at a perfect height for any event at the Yum! Center. They are the same height as the Premium Boxes and Suites which would be similar to a club level at most other venues. For a concert, these seats are head-on for an end-stage setup. This has them in the perfect location for great sightlines to the stage and clear sound for any artist touring through Louisville. The location is less ideal for basketball games due its location behind the basket. However, with the elevation, the obstruction from the basket is minimized compared to the baseline sections below.  Seating and Amenities  For most events, ticketholders in these sections will have access to the upscale lounge located directly behind the seats. The lounge features a private bar and exclusive dining options, along with private restrooms and views of the Ohio River. Since there are only 800 seats total in these sections, fans will notice a more intimate environment. Each section will have no more than 9 rows. Rows do get long with some having as many as 25 seats, so sitting near an aisle when possible would be best for easy in-and-out access.
