Floor Seats for Concerts at KeyBank Center

• Closest to the Stage: Floor sections sit at floor level and are the nearest seats to the performance, often considered the best in the house.
• Layout Varies: The shape and size of the floor changes from show to show, so exact sections depend on your specific concert.
• Reserved & GA Options: Most shows offer reserved floor seating; some concerts sell General Admission (GA) tickets instead.
• Know Before You Buy: GA tickets have no assigned seats — spaces are first-come, first-serve.

Who Should Sit Here

Floor seats at KeyBank Center are for fans who want to be as close to the stage as possible. If getting right up front and immersed in the show matters more than anything, this is where you want to be. Just check whether your concert offers reserved or General Admission floor tickets before you buy, since the experience differs.

Floor Seats Location & Details

Floor sections are located at floor level, directly in front of the stage — the closest area to the performance on the KeyBank Center concert seating chart. For reserved shows, sections are typically labeled with an F (for example, F1) and come with an assigned section, row, and seat. The most common reserved layout has six sections labeled F1–F6, each with 25 rows. For General Admission concerts, the most common section is labeled GA Floor, which is usually larger and may make up the entire floor. Smaller GA sections are commonly labeled GA Pit and are often close to the stage.

Views from the Floor Seats

Because floor sections are the closest to the stage, they put you right in the action. Keep in mind the exact view depends on how the floor is configured for your show — reserved rows F1–F6 run 25 deep, so seats toward the front are far closer than those at the back of the floor.

Good to Know

If you're choosing between the two floor options: reserved floor seats guarantee a specific spot, while a GA Pit ticket can get you close to the stage but requires arriving early to claim a good standing position, since spaces are first-come, first-serve.
