- Some of the best seats at John Paul Jones Arena are located in the sections labeled Premium on the seating chart. This includes sections 101-105 and 111-105. All Premium seats are located within 25 rows of the court and most sections have a desirable sideline view. Sections 102-104 are on the same side as the player benches. Premium seats in these sections are also directly behind the Virginia student section. This results in a loud atmosphere, and these seats are slightly elevated so guests can see over students who stand during the game.
