Club seats on the north side of the field (324-339) are covered in rows 12 and above. While the overhang will protect against rain and some wind, only the upper rows will be shaded at all times. 
One of the best places to find shade is in rows 30 and above in sections 144-149. These rows are under cover and the sun sets directly behind them. 
Covered seating is available in the upper rows of 300 level sections on the north side of the field. Shown here is covered seating in rows 12 and above near section 340. 
Club level seats on the south side of the field are padded (bottom only) and covered only in the top two rows. 
Sections 343-346 are covered in rows 23 and above. 
The last two rows of seats in lower sideline sections on the south side of the field are under cover. 
Rows 20 and above in upper level sections are under the stadium roof. Related Questions

Section 533 is on the North side of the stadium and has a good amount of exposure to both the east and west, which translates into high potential for a lot of sun during a mid-day game.
There is a roof at the top of the section which may provide some shade in rows 27 and higher (section 533 has a total of 32 rows of seating), but the lower rows should see a good amount of sun if the weather cooperates.
For the best experience in this midfield section, choose seats near rows 7 and 8. You'll have just a modest walk up the stairs and will have no trouble seeing over the railing which obstructs some views in lower rows.
