- The 100 level at Heritage Bank Center is a great option when looking for concert tickets. The elevation between rows gives fans clear views of the stage. Combine that with the distance of the lower level and it is a recipe for a great experience. While most floor seats are closer to the stage, many fans prefer the 100-level for the following reasons: Lower-priced Comfortable viewing distance Elevation above the row(s) in front Best Seats on the 100 Level Located at the top of the sections in the middle of the arena are Premium seats with extra space.
